
About Me
My passion for pizza began at Chef Academy in Terni, Italy, in 2016. After graduation, I embarked on a culinary adventure, honing my skills in diverse kitchens. My journey started with a 3-month stint as an assistant pizza chef in Perugia. Eager to explore new flavours, I then ventured south for 6 months at Club Med Sicily.
Next, I landed the pizzaiolo role at I Belli restaurant in Kyrenia, Cyprus, further broadening my culinary horizons. In May 2018, I made the exciting decision to move to Ireland.
Dublin quickly embraced my pizza expertise. I joined an iconic restaurant as a pizza chef, and my dedication led to a promotion to Sous Chef within just three months. During this role, I played a key part in opening two new restaurants for the company.
My experience extends beyond restaurants. I've been instrumental in running kitchens at some of Ireland's biggest and most celebrated festivals and events, including Electric Picnic, The Big Grill, House of Peroni, the Ed Sheeran concert at Phoenix Park, and Malahide Castle concerts.
In 2023, I realised a lifelong dream by opening Pizza Prince, my own pizzeria in Dublin's vibrant Temple Bar district. Initially focusing on classic Neapolitan pizzas, I later pivoted to specialise in "Pizza Romana al taglio," renowned for its irresistible crispness and bold flavours. At Pizza Prince, we remain dedicated to providing Dubliners with authentic, high-quality Italian pizza experiences.
